Directions
Take four capsules daily for two months or eight capsules daily for one month..
Take after food ( not on an empty stomach), or as directed by a practitioner.
Precautions:
Long term intakes of amounts greater than 10mg Vitamin B6 daily may lead to mild tingling & numbness.
This product contains Vitamin A. Do not take if you ar pregnant or likely to become pregnant except on the advice of a doctor or ante-natal clinic.
It is suggested that heavy smokers should not take more than three capsules daily.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the seal is broken. Store in a cool dry place.
