The Starter Set includes:

Artsana 2litre capacity Enema Kit: Our most popular kit made by Artsana. Fully reusable and compact. The kit contains a blue bag with a plastic hanging loop attached (so you can hang the bag from a wall hook or door handle). The blue bag is see through with increments up the centre at the front so you can clearly see the water level. There is a long transparent tube (1.4m - about 55 inches) which gravity feeds the fluid from the bag down via a small tap mechanism to the tip. Very easy to use.

500g saWilsons coffee: The s.a.Wilsons blend is prepared by selecting the beans for their specific properties and by using a light roasting technique.  This coffee contains higher levels of caffeine, palmitic acid and cafestol than is normally found in traditional coffee used for drinking.

Yes® water based lubricant (5 x7ml sachets): Made from organic Aloe Vera, a renowned skin food; from organic Flax extract which is particularly beneficial for the mucous membranes and from three synergistic plant based gums – guar, locust bean and xanthan, all of which contribute to the deep velvety texture. Food grade preservatives are included, and citric acid to buffer the pH.  Enough for about 5 uses or more.

Virkon disinfectant (pot of 10 tablets): To disinfect and clean your enema and douche equipment.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Most sterlising products are simply not strong enough. Virkon is effective against viral, bacterial and fungal pathogens, kills 99.999% of organisms in 10 minutes!
