Q. How quickly will you send my order? A. Most orders that are placed by 1pm GMT Monday to Friday will be posted out same day. We can’t guarantee this but we do try!
Q. What will the packaging look like? A. All our orders are sent out in very discreet packaging.
Q. Are there any instructions with the products? A. No, but you can download instructions from the download section of our website. Q. Are the products carefully selected? A. We source our products very carefully. We like to think we do a lot of homework on your behalf to make sure that we can confidently sell the items to you. We're proud of the fact that we believe in the quality of our products so much. “We select our products on recommendations made by respected current experts in their field and by listening to the feedback from our Therapists and you our customers. Manifest then takes the time to seek out the best products we can find based on that information and feedback. We'd only sell you a product that we'd be happy to use ourselves" Q. Are your products safe? A. We think our products are safe, but you should read and understand the instructions we provide carefully. Please use products as suggested by your GP or qualified Healthcare practitioner, our leaflet, published authorities and/or your own common sense. As we don’t know your medical health or history Manifest Health always stress that you should consult your GP or qualified Healthcare practitioner before using any of our products. It makes sense to check as every individual is different. Q. How will I know if your products work? A. Our products are intended to support your body in its efforts to heal itself. We cannot and do not make any kind of claims for our products to diagnose, treat or cure any illness or disease. Consult your GP or qualified Healthcare practitioner who are able to help you.
Q. What if I change my mind once I have opened the package? A. No problem, just contact us as described in our ‘refunds and returns’ section of our terms and conditions and we’ll be happy to help, some products can't be returned though unless faulty, so check our Terms and Conditions before you buy.
Q. If I return something do you have a restocking charge? A. Yes, we do have a restocking charge but it's not usually charged if you’ve agreed the return with us first. When goods are returned to Manifest Health due to non-delivery of any kind we will immediately restock the item and refund you the original cost of the goods after deducting a 20% restocking fee and any and all postage and handling fees we have incurred.
Q. What if my goods are undelivered? A. From time to time goods can go astray. Please contact us if your goods have not arrived within 5 working days of your placing the order. We will let you know how and when the goods were posted out and work with you to resolve any problems quickly.
Q. What if I don’t give you my full or correct postal address when I order? A. Manifest Health cannot be held liable in any way for goods that are undelivered or are delivered to the wrong address if the address supplied to us by you in incorrect or incomplete. No form of refund can be claimed and no replacement goods will be sent. Sorry.
Q. What if the address is correct but my goods might be lost in the Royal Mail post? A. If sent by standard service via the Royal Mail we will not be able to track the order. Typically we will be happy to send out another complete set of the goods you ordered provided you visit your local depot in person and check that your parcel is not there awaiting delivery. Speak to us first though as we need you to get some details from the depot while you’re there.
Q. What if I’m out when the Postman comes? A. Where delivery is attempted by the Royal Mail or another delivery company, but is unsuccessful then Manifest Health’s obligations for delivery are deemed complete and we cannot be held liable for any refund against the price of delivery we charged at the time your order was placed. The postman should leave a card and then take the item back to the delivering Depot awaiting you to contact them. Don't delay asthey will return your item(s) to us after just a few days.
Q. Will you give my information to anyone else? A. The confidentiality and security of your personal information is of paramount importance to Manifest Health Limited. We respect your privacy. We use the information you give us to process your order and provide a quick and convenient service to you in the future. We will keep you up to date on items we feel are of relevance to you. Your credit card details are not stored by Manifest Health Limited and any personal information supplied to us via the website is encryted via the latest Extended Validation SSL.
