We aim to process orders within 72 hours of receiving the order but cannot guarantee this. If it is not possible to send out orders by your preferred delivery method we will make our best efforts to find a suitable alternative.
We aim to process your order within 72 hours of placing it via our shop. Typically, most online orders received by 12noon GMT will be processed and posted out same day or within 24hours however we do not guarantee this. We post out on a strictly ‘first come first served basis’ so even where a ‘Priority’ service has been selected you may find your parcel does not arrive next day if there were more orders ahead of you in the queue that needed managing. If this is the case your parcel should be delivered the day after it was processed. If this is the case then no form of refund is due.
We also reserve the right to deliver later than expected where adverse weather conditions, mechanical failures or seasonal holidays impact on delivery times.

Once your order has been despatched and your status changed to Shipped you will receive a tracking number which you can track online.
Your tracking number is stored in your order details and will have been emailed to you with confirmation that the order has been shipped.
The tracking reference for your consignment can also be viewed by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

If your consignment/tracking reference number starts the letters JA or JC we have sent the pack to you using Royal Mail. These orders are tracked and may or may not require a signature when the Royal Mail attempts delivery.

If your consignment number is made up of numbers alone then we have probably sent the pack to you using a courier company called Interlink Express.
INTERLINK EXPRESS – These orders are tracked and will require a signature when the Courier attempts delivery.

If your consignment/tracking reference number starts the letters RQ we will have sent the pack to you using Royal Mail International.
These packs are tracked to the UK border and then passed to the National delivery company local to you in your country. You may need to contact your local national delivery company to track progress. If you pass them the code they will be able to cross refer it in their own system.
