Om (AUM) chant restructures water
When I listen to the chant of the sound Om (Aum) it reconnects me to some place I know I am connected to in some dimension far far away.
It is said that the vibration produced by chanting Om (Aum) in the physical universe corresponds to the original vibration that first arose at the time of creation. The sound of Om (Aum), it is claimed, is able to sustain life. How could you use this sound to improve and affect your own wellbeing?
It is proved that chanting this Mantra restructures and improves the crystal sequence in water.
Projecting the sound of the chant Om (AUM) at water will change the structural nature of the water crystals in the fluid, manifesting an incredibly beautiful sequence. Imagine how this will affect the body as the water is consumed. You could bath in a tub of water while making or listening to this chant, I’m certain the restructed sequence of the water you bathe in would have a profound effect. Our planet could well be strengthened by the sound of this chant resonating around it. And, of course, never forget that you yourself are an organism that is 70% water. Chanting of the OM Mantra purifies the environment around the chanter and produces positive vibrations. Om (Aum) does have a profound affect on me when I listen to it. I start off by resisting it in some ways, as if the Om (Aum) sound is too potent for my physical environment. I go with it though and by the time I’m a few minutes in I feel like I am being cradled by the universe. It’s very calming! I sometimes feel things happening in different parts of my body – it’s a bit weird – I can feel it as areas of temporary electrical pain, like the sound is affecting my tissues and giving them a detox and subsequent healing. I can really associate with the idea of this chant restructuring a ‘liquid’ form, it feels like electrical crackling in my tissues. I thought I’d take a look into the Om (Aum) chant further and connect on all levels with this amazing sound. It is one thing to listen to it but quite another to learn how to make the sound properly. There is a way to make the Om (Aum) sound yourself. But you need to break the sounds down into stages to be sure to get the full effect once you get into manifesting it.
Om (Aum) represents the four states of the Supreme the Being. Waking, dreaming, sleeping and silence.
The three sounds in Om (AUM) represent the waking, dream and deep sleep states and the silence which surrounds Om (Aum) represents the “Bliss” state. Because the first of the three states of consciousness is the waking state, it is represented by the sound “A” pronounced like “A” in Apple or America. Because the dream state of consciousness lies between the waking and the deep sleep states, it is represented by the letter “U” which lies between the “A” and “M”. This “U” is pronounced like the “U” in would, like a short oooh sound. The last state of consciousness is the deep sleep state and is represented by “M” pronounced as in “sum.” Whenever Om (Aum) is recited in succession there is an inevitable period of silence between two successive Oms. This silence represents the “fourth state” which is the state of perfect bliss when the individual self recognizes his identity with the supreme. The pronunciation of Om (Aum) is: AAA-Ooh-Mmm plus a pause for silent bliss. This perfect description is not original, it was mostly written by Dr. Nipun Aggarwal. I love to listen to the Om (Aum) chant he has made available from YouTube. Experiment with this amazing sound yourself and see what great things can happen. Namaste. Here are some of the observations made by Dr Nipun Aggarawal for this amazing sound:
