Green Tea Leaves
Traditionally used to replenish good bacteria in your intestines and a known antioxidant.
How do I prepare it?
- Bring half a litre of water to a light boil in a non-aluminium saucepan and pour over 2 tablespoons of the tea leaves immediately.
- Let the mixture brew for 5 minutes
- Strain mixture through a fine metal sieve.
Precautions and Storage
Store Green Tea in a cool dark dry place. No need to refrigerate.
